Singapore Airlines will reveal the next day what it calling its "next generation" of seats to be fixed tip to end in its long-distance worldwide navy.

Airberlin is planning to install Etihad's popular fully flat beds in business class to all its long-haul planes, which means a more comfortable sleep, direct aisle access and better privacy.
The airline has partnered with Qantas and Etihad, hopes to woo business travelers a majestic seats on their flights, Germany.

Philippine Airlines (PAL) flights to Bali will start April 28, restoration, air links between Manila and Indonesia's premier holiday destination.

China Eastern Airlines and its subsidiary, Shanghai Airlines, will increase the prices of their first class and business class domestic tickets, according to a joint announcement announced lately.
The price hike will influence flights on the Beijing to Shanghai route, which has the biggest group of business passengers and the highest occupancy rate, as well as other domestic routes operated by the carriers.
The price of first class and business class tickets on China Eastern Airlines as well as Shanghai Airlines between Beijing and Shanghai will be increased to 2.5 times and two times the full price of an economy ticket, or 3,767 yuan ($556) and 2,785 yuan ($411).
First class and business class tickets for flights leaving for other domestic destinations from Shanghai will be increased by two times and 1.8 times the full economy price respectively.Non-Shanghai domestic flights will be fixed at 1.8 times the economy price for first class and 1.5 times for business class.
On June 1, CAAC(Civil Aviation Administration of China) the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) relaxed limitations on the pricing of domestic tickets for first class and business class tickets, enabling airlines to set their own prices.
Chen Ying,director of flight attendants for China Eastern Airlines Shanghai- Beijing route stated that with the capability to set their own prices for non-economy tickets, airlines can make sufficient money to offer an enhanced service for premium passengers.Additionally,each airline will have additional freedom to specialize their services.

Singapore Airlines will be launching new cabin products on its Boeing 777-200 aircraft which function through the Singapore-Auckland route and the Singapore-Christchurch route.
The retrofitted aircraft will begin service between Singapore-Auckland from July 3, 2010 and Singapore-Christchurch from August 1,2010. The B777-200s will be equipped with the airline's latest cabin offerings to offer additional space, comfort as well as greater product reliability across the fleet. The refitted B777-200s will be configured with both business class as well as economy class seats. Business class will comprise incline lie-flat leather seats in an up to date design similar to those on Singapore Airlines' Airbus A330-300 aircraft. Friday, March 19, 2010Air New Zealand says it will eradicate business class seating from its A320 aircraft flying between New Zealand and Australia.The airline says since as few as one in eight business class seats are being sold on the A320 flights ,they have decided to replace them with more economy class seats,increasing capacity to 171 seats.  A business class cabin and service will still exist on flights to and from Auckland using wide bodied aircraft and flying at peak times when business travelers may still demand additional service.The carrier conveys that many companies that allow staff to fly business class on international flights consider the trans-Tasman service alike to a domestic flight and demand for seats at the pointy end has fallen markedly since the Global Financial Crisis hit. Friday, March 12, 2010South African Airways (SAA) has decided to increase capacity to operate a 24-hour flight schedule to provide accommodation for the various match times and people willing to move around for the FIFA 2010 World Cup.The plan arises as the airline has indicated moves to divulge cheaper flights for fans in the run-up to the World Cup,which will be held between 11 June and 11 July 2010 in South Africa.  Thobi Duma, SAA Country Manager, Nigeria revealed that the 24-hour schedule will be essential as some games begin at 20:30 in the evening and could finish as late as 23:30 pm in some cases.Duma said that the airline had till now adapted its normal flight schedule to add additional flights to all destinations in its current domestic network.
