  British Airways Launches New Gothenburg Route

British Airways is commencing services to Gothenburg, Sweden's second largest city, with flight charges as less as 55.50 pounds Sterling in Euro Traveller one-way including taxes, fees and charges. Passengers can also book Club Europe, British Airway's Business Class cabin.

The twice daily flight to Gothenburg from Heathrow Terminal 5, went on sale July 20th, and is available from the beginning of the winter schedule on November 28th, 2010.

Richard Tams, British Airways' head of UK and International sales, stated that they are really excited about flying to this fabulous city on the south west coast of Sweden. It boasts Michelin star restaurants, culture as well as the finest views of the famous Northern lights.   Finnair Introduces Stockholm Bromma and Stuttgart Flights

  Emirates Airline to Commence Second Nonstop LAX-to-Dubai Flight

Emirates Airline have announced lately that on Oct. 31,they will commence a second every day nonstop round-trip flight connecting Dubai and Los Angeles International Airport.

The Dubai-based carrier's flights aboard Boeing 777 planes will provide private suites in first class, lie-flat seats in business class as well as economy class seats, airline executives said.

Emirates initially launched flights connecting LAX and Dubai on Oct. 26, 2008. The airline also hopes to add subsequently daily nonstop flight between Dubai and Houston on Nov. 1.

Tim Clark, president of Emirates Airline stated that the added services will offer customers in the Middle East as well as Asia with much easier access to the major cities in Texas and California, supporting the escalating business as well as leisure traffic between these markets and the United States.

  Continental Airlines and Brussels Airlines to Commence Codeshare Flights

  Iceland to be Delta's Latest Destination

Delta's latest destination will be Iceland, with the service set to commence on June 1, 2011. Once it begins flying to the capital city of Reykjavik, Delta would be the lone U.S. airline to fly to Iceland, based on present airline schedules.Delta Airlines will provide the flights from its hub at New York JFK.
