| Korean Air Plans To Commence A380 Flights In May |

Business Class Travel » Air Travel News Air Travel NewsWednesday, December 29, 2010Korean Air, the country’s top air carrier, announced lately that it would introduce a novel two-story A380 aircraft that consists of only Business Class seats on the second floor in May. ![]() The 407 seat aircraft, constructed in partnership with Airbus, will be composed of 12 First Class, 94 Business Class and 301 Economy Class seats.The cabin spaces will be wider than those in the present airplanes operated by Korean Air and it is expected to launch social areas for its customers due to the amplified space. The air carrier plans to present a total of five A380 aircraft by the end of subsequent year and in addition will initiate another group of five by 2014. The new aircraft will originally fly to close by city destinations like Tokyo, Hong Kong and Bangkok, but it will be utilized for long-term flights to the Americas and Europe from August.
