  Malaysia Airlines Upgrades Services to Improve Customer Experience

Malaysia Airlines lately introduced the Frontend Check-in Lounge, an upgraded and elite premium check-in facility at KL International Airport (KLIA) for its First Class and Business Class passengers as well as Enrich Platinum Loyalty and Frequent Flyer members. The launch was graced by the presence of well-known Malaysian celebrity, Datin Seri Tiara Jacquelina. Additionally Malaysia Airlines' Chairman, Tan Sri Dr Munir Majid and Malaysia Airlines' Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Tengku Dato Sri Azmil Zahruddi were present at the launch.
