| Lufthansa Suspends Pune-Frankfurt Flight Until April 25 |

Business Class Travel » Air Travel News Air Travel NewsSaturday, April 17, 2010Lufthansa Airlines , a German airliner suspended its Pune-Frankfurt flight till April 25 for the overhaul of the Boeing 737 aircraft.A spokesperson from Lufthansa stated that the airlines has not accepted passenger bookings for the flights that were otherwise scheduled for April 18, 20 and 23. The service would recommence from April 25. ![]() She also added that for the period of this break, the interiors will be renovated and it will also initiate both business and economy class as it was operating only business class till now for the Pune-Frankfurt route. Lufthansa launched the Pune-Frankfurt route in June 2008 with the B-737 with 50 business class capacity and afterward it was augmented to 56 seats. It has been reported by Axel Hilgers, south-Asia region director of Lufthansa that the class arrangement is getting changed for including more number of seats to business class as well as economy class .
