Passengers buying tickets via the Air India website for travel on Air India flights are in for a top prize.The airline is offering a 10-per cent discount on the basic fare component of economy class tickets for all purchases done via the Air India website.


The discount offer is valid from March 9th upto April 20th 2010, for global flights originating from India as well as for Air India's domestic flights. Additionally, the discount will be valid on tickets purchased under all fare categories of economy class. Outbound travel will have to board their flights on or earlier than 30 April.

However the discount is not valid for travel on Air India's code share flights.

Air India's worldwide network captures 51 destinations across the USA, Europe, Canada, Far-East Asia, South-East Asia and the Gulf.The domestic network including 62 destinations, spans areas of the North-East, Ladakh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
