Delta Announces Improved Frequency Between Ghana and Liberia

Delta Air Lines have announced enhanced service connecting Accra's Kotoka International Airport and Roberts International Airport in Monrovia, Liberia, as it responds to escalating customer demand for intra-Africa flights.

Delta Airlines

Delta will operate three weekly flight between the airports, with services on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, on 243-seat Airbus A330-200 aircraft featuring 30 seats in Business Elite and Delta's new Economy Comfort class, which provides added legroom and early boarding.

Bobby Bryan, Delta’s commercial manager-West and East Africa stated that they have witnessed tough demand for their intra-Africa services from their Ghanaian clients , since they launched this service in January, with nearly 2,000 passengers traveling between Accra and Monrovia.

These flights complement their on hand nonstop services to the U.S. with convenient overnight services on a daily basis from Ghana to either New York-JFK or Atlanta.
