British Airways has three return flights to Moscow's Domodedevo airport every day. Commencing April 2012, this route will alter from a short-haul service operated with two cabins to a long-haul operation providing customers up to four classes of travel. This means clients will have the chance to benefit from the airline’s fully flat-beds, all-inclusive in-flight entertainment and experience a wide choice of meals and drinks in unrivalled comfort. Currently, no other airline provides such a premium service on the four-hour flight connecting the two capital cities. Sir Martin Broughton, chairman of British Airways stated that they were proud to have been flying to Russia for over fifty years. Additionally he also said that it is an imperative and mounting market for them and they wish to reflect their commitment to the region and their customers by enhancing their services and increasing the number of seats that is available to Moscow.
