| Etihad Airways chosen as the Best Long-Haul Airline At The Business Travel Awards 2010 |

Business Class Travel » Air Travel News Air Travel NewsFriday, January 22, 2010 Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, has been selected as the Best Long-Haul Airline at this year's Business Travel Awards. The award recognizes the development of the airline during the precedent 12 months, as well as its constant investment in world-class products and quality in customer service standards.The event was held at a glittering ceremony in Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Jan 18th night.The judges included senior buyers and chief business travel journalists. Etihad Airways was rewarded for its remarkable growth during 2009 by recognizing the inclusion of eight novel routes to the Etihad network, as well as the launch of the airline's latest first class product and the airline's Inspired Service strategy-a concept constructed on Etihad's vision to be the best airline in the world.  Peter Baumgartner, Etihad Airways' chief commercial officer stated that it has been an additional strong year for Etihad, and the award win depicts that the continued investment in product and service is the right focus for Etihad and for our customers.
